Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iTunes account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to LOCKR features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period. The lifetime purchase provides permanent access and does not renew.
There are no long-term contracts; you can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings.
LOCKR uses Apple-provided device controls to restrict access to selected applications. Blocked apps remain inaccessible according to your settings and schedules. You can configure different blocking durations and schedules within LOCKR. The AI coach may grant or deny temporary access to blocked apps based on your configured strictness level and conversation.
LOCKR is available for users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

By downloading or using LOCKR, you agree that LOCKR may record the operational, configuration, engagement, paywall, and subscription lifecycle data described in the Privacy Policy, including onboarding completion, permission states, aggregate usage counts, timestamps, subscription events, and refund-related events, for the purposes of operating LOCKR, managing subscriptions, providing support, preventing abuse, and improving the service.
The AI coach feature is powered by third-party AI services. Coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice. The coach is designed to help manage screen time habits and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical guidance.
